D & D Mini-Ranch
Arizona Working Aussies has secured the D & D Mini-Ranch for their upcoming 2022 Stockdog Trial season! The D & D Mini-Ranch has all the elements of the top Stockdog trialing facilities we’ve attended, and it’s located right here in Queen Creek, Arizona. The property boasts three medium sized arenas (1) 96’ x 85’, (2) 160’ x 266’, (3) 160’ x 266’, an 80’ x 16’ grass shaded spectator viewing area (entire spectator area is 130’ x 25’), inclusive of multiple dog baths and automatic waters. A shaded grass alleyway between the two arenas where we will conduct the cattle and sheep trials: a perfect area for our judges. Additionally, all three arenas can be viewed from the spectator viewing area, so you don’t miss any of the exciting action taking place. This luxury property includes multiple RV hook-ups, plenty of parking along the front of the property with grass walkways along the street. We are thrilled to have the ability to hold our trials at the D & D Mini-Ranch and are confident you will enjoy this location and property too.
Why Our Club Stands Out
-
Arizona is a popular destination for many, especially during the winter season.
-
We have the natural beauty of the Sonoran Desert, saguaro cactus, roadrunners, rattlesnakes and the grand canyon.
-
We experience well over 300 days of sunshine every year, that's more than the Hawaiian Islands who average around 239 days of sunshine each year!
-
Arizona is know for it's incredible one-of-a-kind sunsets and beautiful desert landscapes.
-
A wide array of outdoor recreational activities; golf, hiking, fishing, hunting, boating, water sports (yes we have lakes and rivers), and mountain biking.
Allow extra time to...take a drive into the scenic desert, enjoy the earth beneath your feet and the sense of pristine nature all around you...rediscover yourself, the desert has amazing healing properties.
REMINDER
-
During the summer months temperatures can reach up to 120 degrees Fahrenheit - make sure you stay hydrated, protect your skin with a light shirt and/or sunscreen.
-
Evenings can get a bit cool throughout the year - we recommend always packing a sweater or jacket.
